What is CBD oil?

Dosage of CBD oil
The recommended dosage of CBD oil can vary from one person to the next. We recommend taking an amount of 2 to 3 drops two to three times a day. For example, when using CBD oil for the first time you could start with the lowest dose, after which the dosage can be adjusted as required.
